 Having been one of the lucky ones to attend Carol’s first Ultimate Confidence workshop I felt compelled to write to say thank you!    Carol, I am somebody whom has an outward air of confidence (as you picked up on immediately) but prior to the workshop, my inner critic never switched off and my self esteem was at an all time low. I can honestly say that your bubbly, vibrant personality and friendliness bowled me over and I immediately knew that we would get on well and establish a strong friendship.   Your Ultimate Confidence course surpassed my expectations, I booked because of the very reasonable price tag as I thought ‘well at that price what have I got to lose?’ However, I walked away with so much more than I expected: a bagful of useful tools that I can call on at will to uplift me and improve my self esteem. I already feel so much more confident and better about myself, 4 days on from the course I know how to silence the inner critic with your STOP! technique (fabulous!!), I am no longer apologising for being me and I have stopped putting myself on guilt trips.
