Carol Founded the Specialist Guild of Excellence and Success after struggling to find relevant and comprehensive business success solutions services and products to help her create a successful specialist practice after she finished her holistic therapy and coach training.

there were a multitude of free forums to share experiences, ask questions and network with like-minded people but often after the initial flurry of activity on the free forums the conversations dried up and peoples posts became few and far between.

many of the available business advice services available were too expensive or didn’t speak in a practitioners language and the focus was “business speak”, which came across more relevant to people selling widgets or similar and Carol often found herself struggling to translate the information and advice to fit to her business and services.

Carol undertook a range of research and identified the challenges and frustrations that many therapists and coaches came up against at the end of their training and also identified that between 84-97% of all therapists and coaches who invested the time and money in their training never find themselves able to build a successful practice and knew that there was a need for professional, relevant and affordable services and products that would help more skilled and caring professionals to succeed. 

That was when the Specialist Guild of Excellence and Success was born.

The Specialist Guild of Excellence and Success was founded after I myself, met with all of these challenges and more, as I started my business as a therapist and coach.  I really struggled to find quality:

After completing their training many coaches and therapists are  simply left to work out how to build a successful business on their own and research shows that only 14% ever succeed, due to lack of clarity, support and direction on how to become successful.

whilst there are a variety of FREE communities and resources, the majority of these do not give you the quality and expert solutions you need and you get what you pay for, which is often very little, added to which the FREE communities often dry up, or people begin to overload the forums with non-sensical information, irrelevant comments, self-promotion of totally irrelevant services and offer a portion of the information you need but not all.

There are also many paid for services, forums, communities, coaches and business advisers and experts that can and will help you to create a successful practice, but it is often a total nightmare working out which ones  speak your language understand your challenges and offer you exactly what you need2succeed.
